Units offer the rare combination of Atlantic Ocean views to the east and Intracoastal Waterway views to the west — the island here is narrow enough that many condos see both. That dual-water view is one of the strongest features of Windjammer as a rental, because it's something guests photograph and remember and write about in reviews.
The building has two- and three-bedroom condominiums, all fully furnished by individual owners. The dual-water aspect is the single biggest marketing advantage Windjammer has over nearby Crescent Beach buildings. Most oceanfront condos sell on the ocean view alone. Windjammer can sell on sunrise (Atlantic east) AND sunset (Intracoastal west) — that's an unusual combination in any rental market and a real differentiator in listing photos and copy.
The fishing dock is the secondary differentiator. Families with kids who want a beach trip but need something to do besides "go to the beach" can fish off the dock without driving anywhere. That converts to bookings from guests who would otherwise rent elsewhere.
