Arrival
Your rental unit will be available for entry at 4:00 PM on your scheduled arrival date. Early access may be granted for an additional fee. Please call us at 904-429-7373 on the date of your arrival to inquire about early arrival.
On Arrival
We strive for transparency — you’re here for vacation, not to deal with problems. If you have any concerns upon entering your rental, please contact our office immediately at 904-429-7373. If it is after-hours or on the weekend, please call 904-495-5636.
What We Provide
Linens are furnished with each rental. All properties are equipped with a limited supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, and cleaning supplies to get you started. Any additional supplies you need during your stay will be your responsibility to purchase.
Beach towels are not provided. Please do not use the rental unit linens on the beach.
Parking
Please make sure you use the parking spaces designated for your rental. If you have guests, please make sure they also park in the appropriate spaces. If your rental requires a parking permit, please be sure to keep it displayed at all times to avoid being towed. First Choice Florida is not responsible for any towing or recovery fees for vehicles improperly parked.
