When we advise on a property — what to refresh, what to leave alone, what’s costing you bookings — that advice comes from someone who has done the work, not someone reading a script.

We’re local and we’re not going anywhere. First Choice Florida was started in 2013 because a previous company closed without warning. We know what that does to owners. We’re family-owned, we live here, and we plan to be here.
