Why Sea Haven Works as a Rental
Beachfront with a private boardwalk. Sea Haven sits on the sand with oceanfront and ocean-view units and a private beach boardwalk — guests reach the Atlantic without crossing a road.
Strong amenity set for the building's size. Solar-heated pool, racquetball court, paddle tennis court, and shuffleboard. Few Crescent Beach buildings of this size offer racquetball and paddle tennis, which gives Sea Haven a recreational appeal beyond the beach.

Crescent Beach is the quieter southern stretch of Anastasia Island, about five miles south of St. Augustine Beach. Less traffic, wider sand, fewer crowds. Within a short drive you reach St. Augustine Beach restaurants, Anastasia State Park, and Fort Matanzas. Historic downtown St. Augustine is about 20 minutes north.
