Sebastian Harbor Villas (sometimes listed as San Sebastian Harbor) is a small waterfront condominium community on the San Sebastian River, just south of historic downtown St. Augustine along Ponce de Leon Boulevard. There are only 24 units, built in 1986. Many units come with deep-water boat slips on the river — accommodating boats up to roughly 35 feet — which is the community's signature feature.
