Seaside at Anastasia is a gated condominium community at the northern end of St. Augustine Beach, just steps from the St. Johns County Ocean Pier and Pier Park. The complex has 117 individual units built in 2003, making it one of the newer condo developments on Anastasia Island. Address: 205 Atlantis Circle.
Why guests pick Seaside at Anastasia
Newer construction than most St. Augustine Beach condos. Concrete-block construction, automated security gate, elevator service, and a property manager on site. The building shows differently than the 1970s and 1980s buildings that dominate the local condo market — wider hallways, newer finishes, more modern layouts.
All units are three-bedroom, two-bath flats ranging from 1,377 to 1,464 square feet. That's larger than most St. Augustine Beach condos and positions Seaside for families and groups rather than couples.
Strong on-property amenities. Heated swimming pool open year-round, 24-hour fitness center, clubhouse with a lending library, picnic areas with BBQ grills. A duck pond with a lighted fountain runs through the property — distinctive and well-photographed.
Walking distance to St. Augustine Beach. The pier is a 2-3 minute walk; the beach itself a 4-7 minute walk depending on building position. Restaurants, shops, and the St. Augustine Beach commercial district are all within walking range.
No smoking, no pets. Some owners view that as a limitation; others view it as a feature. Guests who specifically don't want a pet-friendly building know they can book Seaside without that concern.

Seaside at Anastasia is at the northern end of St. Augustine Beach, closest to the County Pier and the central beach amenities. Walking distance to the pier, the beach, Fiesta Falls Mini-Golf, and the St. Augustine Beach restaurant cluster. Within a ten-minute drive you reach Anastasia State Park, the Lighthouse, and historic downtown.
