This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat sleeps up to 6 guests across 1,224 square feet, with patios off both the living room and main bedroom looking toward the lagoon. It is the kind of easy, comfortable layout that works well for families, couples, and small groups.

The House

Inside, the living area is bright and comfortable, with wood flooring, a large sectional, a wall-mounted TV, and a tiled built-in fireplace. Sliding glass doors open to the patio, so the main living space feels connected to the outdoors. It is an easy room for movie nights, lazy mornings, or a break between the beach and dinner.

The kitchen is set up for real vacation use, not just snacks. Guests have a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, utensils, and a dining area. The breakfast bar gives you an extra casual spot for coffee or laptops, while the dining table works for dinner, cards, or sorting out the next day's plans.

The main bedroom has a king bed, a wall-mounted TV, and its own patio access with lagoon views. The second bedroom has two queen beds, which makes Sea Winds #75 especially useful for families, two couples with kids, or friends who want more flexibility than a typical 2 bedroom beach condo. Cross the Bridge of Lions to stroll St. George Street for shopping and dining, or visit the Castillo de San Marcos and the Fountain of Youth for the old city's history. It is an easy drive back downtown whenever you want museums, tours, and dinner in the historic district.
