The complex sits directly on the sand at Coastal Highway, about five miles north of historic downtown St. Augustine via the Vilano Bridge.
The townhome layout is distinctive: garage and foyer on the ground level, main living and kitchen on the second level, all bedrooms on the third level. That vertical separation gives families with kids real privacy — you can have a downstairs gathering space and bedrooms three floors removed from the noise.

Location
Vilano Beach
Vilano Beach is the barrier-island community immediately north of downtown St. Augustine across the Vilano Bridge. Walking distance puts you at the Vilano Beach Pavilion and pier, the Vilano Beach Town Center, Publix, and several local restaurants including The Reef, Caps on the Water, Surfside, and Aunt Kate's. Within five to ten minutes by car you reach historic downtown St. Augustine and its major attractions. The location also makes Vilano a viable base for day trips north to Ponte Vedra and the Jacksonville Beaches, or south to Crescent Beach and St. Augustine Beach.
