• Starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and dish soap
• Starter supply of laundry detergent and dishwasher pods (where applicable)
• Fully equipped kitchen — pots, pans, dishes, utensils, basic cookware
• Coffee maker (varies by property — see Coffee Makers)
• TV with cable or streaming (varies — see Television Information)
• Wi-Fi internet

What to Bring

• Beach towels — please don’t use rental linens on the beach
• Beach chairs and umbrella — not provided (sometimes available to rent on-site)
• Hairdryer — not provided in all units
• Personal toiletries — beyond the starter hand soap
• Sunscreen, after-sun, aloe — pharmacies are nearby but cheaper to bring
• Reusable water bottles + a small cooler for beach days
• Spare phone chargers — long beach days are hard on batteries

Worth Considering

• Bug spray — Florida coastal areas have mosquitoes especially at dusk
• A light rain jacket — afternoon showers are common in summer
• Water shoes — useful for shell-strewn beaches and pool decks
• Beach toys for kids — sand pails, frisbees, etc.
• Snacks and basic pantry items — saves a grocery trip on arrival night

Pet Owners

If your rental is pet-friendly: bring your own food, bowls, leash, waste bags, bed/crate, and a copy of vaccination records. Pet rules and details are in our Rules & Policies.
