Sea Winds is a gated oceanfront condominium community on the central stretch of St. Augustine Beach, at 890 A1A Beach Blvd. The complex has 80 units, built in 1982, set back slightly from A1A with landscaped grounds and a lagoon between the buildings and the beach.

Gated community with active landscaping and grounds maintenance. Sea Winds doesn't feel like a typical condo building – it feels like a small resort community with multiple low-rise buildings spread across the property. The lagoon between the buildings and the dunes adds unusual visual interest and supports local birdlife.

Pool, hot tub, tennis courts. The court area was updated after Hurricane Milton in 2024-2025 to add pickleball alongside the existing tennis. The clubhouse is available for group gatherings.

Most units offer ocean views even though the buildings aren't direct oceanfront – the property's elevation and orientation provide sightlines over the dunes to the Atlantic.
