The House

Beach Haven has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeping space for up to 10 guests across 2,119 square feet. The sleeping layout includes a king bed in Bedroom 1, a queen bed in Bedroom 2, two double beds in Bedroom 3, and a sofa bed in the living room. Parents can take the king room, another couple can use the queen room, kids or friends can share the room with two double beds, and the living room sofa bed adds another option when needed. The two full bathrooms plus a half bath help during busy mornings and evenings when everyone is getting ready at the same time.

Inside, the house has a comfortable living room, a dining area, and a full kitchen, with casual, beachy living spaces, soft seating, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen comes with a coffee maker, cookware, dishes and utensils, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, stove, and toaster, so not every meal has to be a restaurant meal. A washing machine and clothes dryer round out the practical side, which is no small thing on a beach trip when towels, swimsuits, and beach clothes pile up fast.

The big draw is outside. Beach Haven has its own private pool in a fenced patio area, with deck and porch space, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, and palm trees framing the yard. The pool can be heated seasonally by advance request for an additional fee, though it is not heated through the warmest months from Memorial Day to mid-September. You can start the morning on the beach, spend the afternoon by the pool, and let the group come and go without packing the car every time someone wants to swim.
