Five bedrooms, five full baths, two half baths, 2,800 square feet, room for thirteen guests, and a private boardwalk over the dunes mean the whole trip can revolve around the house instead of the car.

The pool sits between the house and the dunes, with lounge chairs, paved patio, shaded seating under the upper deck, and full fencing around the pool area. Pool heat may be available for an additional fee when arranged in advance and seasonally available. From the back of the property, the private boardwalk takes you straight over the dunes to the sand — no driving, no road crossings.

The space

Inside, the main living level is open and oriented around the ocean view. Large glass doors and windows let the Atlantic light into the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, a large island, breakfast bar seating, and a dual coffee maker that makes mornings easier when half the group wants drip and half wants a single cup.

Bedrooms split into two king suites, two queen rooms, and a bunk room — a layout that works well for two families traveling together or for one larger group that wants real bedroom privacy. Several bedrooms have ceiling fans, TVs, and attached bathrooms. With five full baths and two half baths, peak-morning crowding stops being a thing.

Location

Butler Beach is a quieter community on Anastasia Island — south of St. Augustine Beach, north of Crescent Beach. The historic district is a short drive north when you want sightseeing, restaurants, and the Castillo de San Marcos; Anastasia State Park's nature trails are about fifteen minutes the other direction.
