Nearby attractions include The Old Jail, The Fountain of Youth, The Great Cross, Castillo de San Marcos, St. George Street, and more. St. Augustine is central to many of Florida's best destinations, making it easy to take day trips to Tampa, Orlando, Daytona, Ocala, Cape Canaveral, Jacksonville, and beyond.

Vilano Beach is also perfect for shell hunting. Start at the southern tip and head north toward Ponte Vedra, passing through secluded beaches that are less frequented. You can watch dolphins play in the bay, spend the day fishing, boating, jet skiing, and enjoying countless other beach and water activities.

The living space extends to both a screened, covered porch and a large open deck, providing plenty of options for sunbathing, napping, dining outside, or enjoying a cocktail to unwind. The second-floor living means you're in the treetops, where you can listen to the breeze rustling through the leaves and the soothing sound of the surf. The location is very private while still being close to all the area's amenities.

The generously stocked kitchen features upgraded stainless-steel appliances and plenty of counter space. There's a large pantry to store groceries, all the kitchen gadgets you could possibly need, and even an electric citrus juicer for fresh orange juice in the morning. The oversized garage offers ample storage space for your vehicles and toys, along with an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day in the sun. We have provided plenty of linens and towels for your use, comfortable gel foam mattresses with soft bedding, and ample seating both inside and out.

The home features two bedrooms and one and a half baths. One bedroom includes a king bed, and the other has a queen bed, comfortably accommodating four guests. Enjoy a TV in the living room, a telephone, and high-speed internet service through AT&T U-verse. The property is just about an hour from Jacksonville Airport and is easy to find.
