Hibiscus is a small oceanfront condominium community at Butler Beach, on Anastasia Island south of St. Augustine Beach proper. Butler Beach itself is a quieter residential stretch — less commercial activity than St. Augustine Beach, wider sand, fewer crowds, and easier parking.

Butler Beach
Butler Beach is a residential stretch of Anastasia Island between St. Augustine Beach proper to the north and Crescent Beach to the south. It's quieter than either of those, with no major commercial corridor of its own. Guests who choose Butler Beach typically do so for the quiet, the wider less-crowded sand, and the easier parking compared to St. Augustine Beach. Within ten to fifteen minutes by car you reach St. Augustine Beach restaurants and shops, the historic district, and Crescent Beach attractions.
