The House

This one bedroom, one bathroom condo sleeps up to four guests in 400 square feet, with a king bed in the bedroom and a full sleeper sofa in the living room. From the living room, kitchen, dining area, and private oceanfront balcony, you can look out toward Crescent Beach and the Atlantic. This is the place for slow coffee in the morning, a little shade after the beach, and those quiet minutes when the pelicans are sliding down the shoreline and the ocean is the whole point of the trip.

Inside, the condo is compact, comfortable, and practical. The living area has a relaxed beach-condo feel, with a sofa, television, ceiling fan, tile floor, and direct balcony access. The kitchen gives you the pieces you need for an easy stay: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Breakfast before the beach, cold drinks in the fridge, and simple lunches between pool time and ocean time are all easy here.

The bedroom has a king bed, television, dresser storage, and ceiling fan. As the oldest city in the country, it gives you Spanish colonial streets, the bayfront, museums, tours, and restaurants, so you can fill an afternoon downtown and still be back at the condo by sunset. Staying south of the busiest part of town means you get the quieter beach setting without being cut off from any of it.

The Area

Crescent Beach is one of the more relaxed stretches of the St. Augustine coast. It is quieter than the busiest parts of St. Augustine Beach, with a wider, more open beach feel and a slower pace.
