The House

Athena by the Sea is a single-story home with 1,450 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, sleeping up to eight guests. The primary bedroom has a king bed, the second a queen, and the third is set up with two twin beds, with a sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests. A modern open floor plan ties the living area, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen together, so the group stays connected while cooking, sharing a meal, or settling in for a movie, and both the living and dining areas look out to the ocean. St. Augustine
