Once you’re settled in, here’s how to get help if you need it and what to keep in mind throughout your stay.
Maintenance
If something stops working during your stay — air conditioning, plumbing, appliances, internet — please call us as soon as possible. Office hours: 904-429-7373. After-hours and weekend emergency line: 904-495-5636.
We can typically get a service technician out the same day or next morning for most issues. Please don’t wait until the end of your stay to report a problem; the sooner we know, the sooner we can fix it.
General Guidelines
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rental properties. A $500 fee applies for any violation.
- Pet rules apply only to properties pre-approved for pets. Bringing an unauthorized pet results in a $600 fine plus reservation termination.
- Occupancy limits are firm. Each property has a maximum number of guests; exceeding it can result in being asked to vacate without refund.
- Parties and large social gatherings exceeding the stated guest count are not permitted.
- Please be considerate of neighbors with noise, particularly in condo buildings and residential areas.
Security and Liability
For your safety, please keep doors and windows locked when you’re away from the unit. Use safes where provided for valuables. First Choice Florida and the property owner are not responsible for theft of, damage to, or loss of personal items during your stay.
Neither First Choice Florida nor the property owner shall be liable for any injury, accident, or property damage that occurs during your stay, except as required by Florida law. Guests are responsible for the safe use of all property amenities, including pools, hot tubs, balconies, and stairs.
