Check-out time is 10:00 AM for all vacation homes. Please complete the checklist below before you leave.
Before You Leave the House
- Start a washing machine load of towels before leaving.
- Leave beds unmade.
- Load and start the dishwasher.
- Empty the freezer and refrigerator of your items.
- Place all bagged garbage in the proper receptacles located near your rental.
- Return any furniture to its original location.
- Turn off all lights, and set the air conditioner to 78°F.
- Close and lock all windows and exterior doors.
- Return any remotes, parking passes, gate keys, or door keys to their proper places.
Garbage and Cleaning
If the property is left unusually messy or damaged (such as unwashed dishes, garbage left in the house, or stains on carpet or furniture), additional cleaning fees may be applied.
Please place all bagged garbage in the proper receptacles located near your rental unit. Some properties have an outside storage closet, while others offer a community dumpster. All garbage should be properly bagged before disposal. If you do not bag your garbage, you will be charged $25.00 for housekeeping.
Items Left Behind
First Choice Florida Vacation Rentals shall not be responsible for any personal property left by tenants on said premises. In the event the property of the tenant is left on the premises, the tenant may request First Choice Florida or their authorized agents to ship the property back to the tenant, at the tenant’s sole expense.
