The Summer House rental condo features all new furnishings and appliances! There are two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and offers incredible ocean views. The secondary bedroom also has a king bed. With a queen sofa sleeper available in the living room, the maximum occupancy is six guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, making cooking a breeze while you enjoy beach views and dine on your oceanfront outdoor patio!

●Summerhouse offers two (2) Children's Play Areas with covered pavilions, picnic tables, and charcoal BBQs. One is located on the North End, and one is at the South End for the convenience of families.
●Heated and Cooled Pools
Summerhouse has four (4) climate-controlled pools onsite. One (1) in each phase common area. The pools are capable of BOTH heating and cooling, depending on the season, the property's capacity, and the relevant air temperature. Operation is determined by Summerhouse management.
●Tennis & Pickleball Courts
Challenge your partner or friends to an exciting game of Tennis or Pickleball. Summerhouse has four (4) Tennis courts and Pickleball courts. Bring your own rackets and Pickleball Paddles.

The Summer Haven area is a remote location, south of Fort Matanzas and just north of the Matanzas Inlet. It's a perfect getaway for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle, with Historic Downtown just a 20-minute drive to the north and St. Augustine Beach only 8 minutes away.

There are plenty of attractions near the condo, including Fort Matanzas, Marineland, fishing, and state parks. You can visit Saint Augustine for a taste of history and shopping, or venture a bit further north to Jacksonville to catch a Jacksonville Jaguars NFL game. You may even enjoy a round of golf at Sawgrass Ponte Vedra or 18 holes at the World Golf Village.

Head south from the vacation rental to explore Flagler Beach, Daytona Beach, and eventually Cape Canaveral, all within a short drive. Orlando's famous theme parks, including Disney and Universal Studios, are just a day trip away. Relax at the beach, visit the theme parks, and return for more beachside relaxation!
