This spacious home features four king-sized bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and two sofa sleepers, and four bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests, making it an ideal choice for large families or groups of friends looking for a vacation getaway.
Swim in your private, heated swimming pool or take a short 100-step walk to the beach using the private community boardwalk.
Our home is a haven of comfort and luxury, with everything you need for a truly indulgent stay. From plush bed and bath linens to a designer stand-alone tub and elegant tiled floors, we've meticulously considered every detail to ensure your vacation is perfect. Additional amenities include a Freezer, Microwave, Ice Maker, Oven, Ceiling Fans, Refrigerator, Wi-Fi access, Coffee Maker, Keurig, Cooking Range, Televisions throughout the entire home, including the bedrooms, Cookware, Dishwasher, Utensils, Washer and Dryer, and much more.
The house has two levels, with beautiful landscaping outside and professionally decorated interiors!
This quiet but hip area of Vilano/North Beach is famous for surfing, paddle boarding, fishing, shark teeth hunting, and much more. You can walk, bike, or drive to many great restaurants within minutes. Our comfortable home is a 5-minute drive to the fun & activity-filled oldest town in America, St. Augustine! The Vilano Beach pier is a 5-minute car drive away (or a 40-minute beach walk), where you'll find a Publix Grocery Store and a mini outdoor mall. A local Post Office, Bait & Gear store, a boat rental facility and gas dock, a local pub, and more restaurants near and on the Intercoastal beach are in the same area. It is a 20-minute drive to the home of the PGA at TPC Sawgrass and a 2.5-hour drive to Disney World.
The pool can be heated to a maximum of 84 degrees for an additional $250/week or less.
Please take note of the following rules and guidelines for this property:
1. The minimum age to rent is 25.
2. This property has a strict policy on the number of guests. It allows a maximum of 14 guests, including visitors, at any given time. This limit ensures a comfortable and safe environment for all property occupants.
3. This property permits a maximum of four vehicles, which must be parked only in the garage and driveway (do not block the sidewalk). Visitors and guests are strictly prohibited from parking on the street, sidewalk, grass, or front yard.
4. Boats, boat trailers, utility trailers, recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles, and travel trailers are prohibited on the premises or in the neighborhood.
5. We have a strict policy against parties or events. This rule is in place to maintain the peaceful and quiet nature of the property, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests and the surrounding neighbors.
6. Loud music is not allowed at the pool or anywhere outside the home at any time. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. daily.
