Owner Closets: Most of our units have one or more closets that are reserved for the storage of the property owner’s personal items. These closets are locked and are not included with the rental.
Good Neighbor Policy: Many of our rental properties are in neighborhoods that include both vacationers and property owners. Please abide by all noise & traffic rules and respect the rights and space of nearby homeowners and other vacationers. Please make sure you use the parking spaces designated for your rental. If you have guests, please make sure they park in appropriate spaces. We cannot guarantee limited noise from other persons or neighboring properties, and rate adjustments resulting from these circumstances cannot be granted as these fall outside the realm of our control.
Properties Listed for Sale: In the event you rent a property that is listed for sale, the tenant agrees to allow the property to be shown by appointment. This policy will not be abused, and no agent shall enter the premises without first notifying the tenant of the scheduled appointment. If the property sells prior to tenant occupancy, the Agent will advise the Tenant of the transfer of property.
Grilling in Condo Rentals: Absolutely no grilling on condo balconies or patios. Most of the condominium complexes do have an outdoor grilling area, typically away from the buildings. Please use that instead of the balconies, which can cause smoke issues for other tenants.
Grilling in Home Rentals: While you may find a grill outside at some of our homes, we do not make any guarantees about their working condition. Any grills you find have been left by a previous tenant and are not provided by us. Please grill responsibly; away from any homes, stay nearby, and don’t leave charcoal all over our yard.
Sea Turtle Nesting Season begins and runs from May to October in St. Augustine. The beaches of St. Johns County are home to several species of endangered or threatened sea turtles. Residents and visitors have a special opportunity and responsibility to protect these magnificent creatures and their vulnerable nesting sites as they return each season to nest along the beaches. Please do not disturb nests, or interact with the turtles in anyway.
