This 3-story waterfront home is perfect to sleep a large group up to 9. Dolphin Cove has river and beach access (beach is 1 block away), but also has a on premises fishing and boat dock with complimentary kayaks; you usually have to choose between a beach or a dock but here you get both! Enormous windows on the second floor offer a constant view of Matanzas Inlet. The second and third floor balconies are fantastic for enjoying breakfast outdoors, reading, watching sunrises and sunsets with frequent dolphin sightings. The first floor outdoor patio is outfitted with a summer kitchen, TV, grill, fire pit, picnic table, and dartboard – perfect for quality time with family and friends.
