If you park in the wrong driveway, the owner of that neighboring property has the right to tow your vehicle. We want to prevent this situation, as you will be responsible for any towing charges incurred. First Choice Florida is not liable for any vehicles that are towed or any associated fees or damages.

Please refer to the pictures below to locate the correct parking space. Note that parking is limited to one vehicle only.

You will enter the driveway from Cordova Street, not St. Francis Street. The correct driveway is located at the neighboring home, 181 Cordova Street, positioned between the 2nd and 3rd homes. The driveway is situated directly behind the neighboring house, as shown in the photo. Your designated parking spot is highlighted in red. Please follow the orange driveway to reach the red parking space.
